ORDERS
  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
    Please check to make sure your order is correct.

SHIPPING
  • Orders that are in stock will ship within 3 business days.
    All other orders (where components are backordered or on their way) will ship within 2 weeks.
  • If there is any possibility of your order taking longer than this, you will be notified by email.
  • Shipping costs include a handling charge and insurance on all orders.
  • All orders are shipped USPS Priority unless otherwise requested
  • All cancellations of orders must be received two weeks prior to requested ship date.
  • Last minute cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
PRICES
  • Advertised prices are retail.
  • Prices do not include shipping, insurance, or sales tax.
  • Prices are subject to change. Unfortunately the rising cost of metals has required prices to go up.
  • Please sign up for our newsletter to qualify for future discounts.
PAYMENT METHODS
  • We accept Visa and Mastercard only.
  • Please be sure to provide exact billing address for your card. Incorrect information may cause delays or cancellation of your order.
RETURNS
  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 2 weeks of the date is was shipped to you.
  • In order to make a return, please contact us at orders@jenniferweirjewelry.com for confirmation.
  • For your protection, please ensure that your return is shipped insured mail and includes a copy of your receipt.
  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition accompanied by a receipt. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Jennifer Weir Designs is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.
  • All custom orders are final sale.
REPAIRS
  • Repairs are not accepted without prior authorization.
    Please contact us at repairs@jenniferweirjewelry.com for authorization.
  • Repair turnover is approximately 2-4 weeks from receipt.
  • Backorders will be shipped unless otherwise requested.
