Shipping & Returns

One of a kind gemstone rings listed on the website will be on their way within 2 business days of your order. For all other items, we lovingly handcraft them just for you, so please allow 1-2 weeks for production time.

We ship via 2nd-day UPS to ensure your package arrives safely, and we do require a signature upon delivery. If you're in a rush, please send us a message if you'd like overnight shipping—we'll do our best to make it happen.

Custom orders are like little works of art, so they take a bit more time to create. Please expect about 4-6 weeks for delivery. 

We want you to be head over heels with your jewelry, but we get it—it's not always a perfect match. That's why we accept returns within three days of receiving your order, as long as the jewelry is in its original condition. Reach out to us for a shipping label and instructions. Please note, though, that custom orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

We'll process your refund minus the original shipping cost and any applicable credit card fees. If we find that the item is damaged or not in its original condition, we may need to refuse the return.
